Traditional market research may never go away, nor should it. Traditional market research gives companies invaluable insight to customers and the general public, but with a drawback. Traditional market research never answers why. While knowing what is wrong or right goes a long way to fixing it or supporting it, understanding the why something is wrong or right can make a plan that actually works.
